In a bowl, mix dry pudding mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. In a greased 11×14 baking pan, cover the bottom with all the pecans. Lay the individual balls of frozen roll dough evenly over the pecans. Leave some space between the dough balls. Sprinkle the dry pudding mixture evenly over the frozen dough, making sure to get between all the spaces. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the entire pan, cover with foil or plastic wrap coated with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to dough while rising. Set in cold oven overnight for the dough to rise. The next morning, uncover the pan. Place back in the cold oven and bake at 400 degrees until the tops are golden, about 15-20 minutes. Take rolls out of oven and immediately turn the pan over onto a prepared surface (foil or a heat resistant tray). Serve immediately.
