Cranberry-Orange Pecan Muffins

Ingredients

For Muffins
3cups gold medal basic muffin mix
1cup heavy cream
1tsp Orange Oil flavoring
1tsp Butter-Pecan flavoring
1cup Pecan Pieces
1cup frozen cranberries thawed and drained
For Frosting Glaze
2cups powder sugar
1tsp Butter-Pecan flavoring
1/2cup softened butter
1/4cup softened cream cheese
Milk for thinning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan. Mix all ingredients with hand whisk together until blended. Spoon into muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until inserted toothpick or fork comes out clean. Completely cool muffins, then drizzle frosting or glaze on top.
Mix all glaze ingredients and use the milk to thin as needed, drizzle onto muffins and refrigerate any leftover frosting.
